MEGHAN Markle has showed off her growing baby bump in a stunning blue dress as the Duchess of Sussex attended a reception and dinner hosted by the president of Fiji, after landing in the country earlier today with Prince Harry for the next leg of their overseas tour.

The mother-to-be impressed in the full-length gown by Safiyaa, which revealed her blooming baby bump.

The Duchess completed the look with a dazzling pair of diamond earrings.

Meghan was glowing as she stood next to Harry, holding her baby bump.

The Prince looked dashing in a bow tie, with his military medals on display.

At the evening event the President of Fiji Jioji Konrote paid tribute to Princess Diana in a touching speech.

He said he was sure she would be “proud of the man” Harry had become and that he had found happiness and love with Meghan.

And Harry described the trip to Fiji as “nostalgic” after the Queen visited the country with Prince Philip following her coronation in 1953.

Harry said: “This visit is particularly nostalgic for us as a young married couple – my grandparents stayed in this very hotel, the Grand Pacific, a number of times over the years.

“But this visit is also an opportunity to learn more about the future of Fiji, your economic growth, sustainable tourism development and social enterprises.

“We are really looking forward to meeting the students at the University of the South Pacific and the young leaders from all walks of life.

“The health and sustainability of this planet depends on the younger generation and they are full of optimism, so let’s listen to them.”

Meghan is showing no signs of slowing down after landing in Fiji’s capital of Suva earlier today.

The 37-year-old joined Harry for a welcome ceremony which featured traditional chants and dancing.

Harry sent the crowd wild as he said hello in Fijan and sampled Kava, a local drink.

The royal couple later greeted well-wishers from the balcony of the Grand Pacific Hotel, in a move that drew comparisons to the Queen and Philip who waved to crowds from the same spot during their visit to Fiji over 50 years ago.

It comes after Meghan had to pull out of a number of engagements in Australia, with Harry reportedly advising his wife to “pace herself” after a late night at the opening of the Invictus Games on Saturday.

A source previously said: “She is not sick, just tired.

“We have to try to pace her. We have to make sure she is well paced and not overdoing it.

“She had a very late night last night.

“She wants to do everything, but Prince Harry is encouraging her to pace herself.

“We want to make sure she gets enough rest at the beginning of the day and at the end of the day.

“If it has been a very late night due to unforeseen circumstances, we have to adjust for that.”

But the Duchess stepped out with Harry yesterday for a walkabout on Fraser Island, before the couple set off for Fiji.

Meghan cradled her baby bump with her hand as she met royal fans.

The Duke and Duchess announced that Meghan is expecting their first child as they landed in Sydney last week for their 16-day overseas tour.
