It is a given that success comes with fame and recognition. Harris is a name that has become popular overtime with her emergence on the political scene of the American society. As a result of her prominence anyone associated with her would also by extension share in such recognition and popularity.

Recently a photo of an Igbo man who hails from Eastern Nigeria precisely Anambra state, and married to the niece of the American vice president has surfaced on social media platforms and has caught the attention of millions of Nigerian social media users globally as they react and have their tongues wagging.

Kamala Harris the US attorney and renowned politician, has recently attained another height in her political career by becoming the first female Vice President-elect of the United States of America.

The news of Kamala Harris announcement as the vice President alongside her boss Joe Biden has met with lots of jubilations and reactions all over the world as well.

A day after the breaking news of her new political position was aired on TV, a Nigerian journalist called Akunna Chuks revealed that an Igbo man is married to Kamala’s niece. The name of the Nigerian in question is Nicholas Ajagu.

Further information on the Twitter handle of the journalist Chuks, revealed that Nicholas who hails from Anambra State was a very top level executive of Facebook. It was also gathered that Nicholas is the husband of Meena the niece of Kamala Harris.

A family photo of Nicholas and Kamala Harris was also shared by the journalist and Harris was seen carrying Amara who was the first child of the family and the niece, Meena was also carrying their little baby in the family photo.

Legit.ng went through the Instagram page of Nicholas’ wife Meenah and we found some photos of the couple together. Meanwhile Nigerians in their characteristic manner took to Chuks’ comment section to react to his revelation. Prominent amongst the reactions was the fact that many Igbo people were happy to know that they have a brother married into the now-famous family. The Igbos sure do know how to attain great heights in whatever sphere of life they find themselves and this connection to the White House family would sure do create a good and positive relationship and even business understanding hopefully especially for African Americans leaving
in the US.
