FULL LIST: Dangote Refinery approves 40 channels to buy shares

    Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE has approved 40 banks, fintech companies, mobile network operators and investment platforms through which investors can subscribe for its shares when its public offer opens.

    The company disclosed the approved channels on its official initial public offering (IPO) website, urging prospective investors to use only the listed platforms when subscribing for shares.

    According to the company, the approved subscription channels include 19 banks, 10 fintech firms, two mobile network operators and NGX Invest.

    It warned investors against using any platform that has not been officially approved.

    “Only subscribe through the channels listed on this page. Do not subscribe through any channel not confirmed here,” the company said.

    The refinery’s website currently lists the offer price at ₦525 per share, with a minimum subscription of 10 shares, valued at ₦5,250.

    The public offer is part of the Dangote Refinery’s plan to raise capital from the Nigerian investing public through the sale of ordinary shares.
