- Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin have reportedly put their plans for a big wedding ceremony on hold due to Justin’s mental health treatment.
- The two are actually already married, but they had been planning to have a real ceremony with friends and family present.
You probably already know that Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin got married in a secret courthouse ceremony last fall, but their plans for a big wedding with their friends and family have apparently been put on hold in the wake of Justin’s mental health struggles.
“They will still have a wedding eventually, but this is not their focus right now,” a source just told People. “They haven’t sent out any new save the dates. They will wait until Justin feels better and is excited about planning their wedding again.”
Last month, it came to light that Justin was receiving treatment for depression because he’s been overwhelmed with fame lately. He doesn’t love being followed, the fact that fans dissect his every move, etc. He’s still receiving treatment, which is why the wedding isn’t a top priority for the couple.
“Justin is still receiving treatment on both coasts, but is doing okay,” the source said. “He is very, very focused on getting better. He wants to be in a great place for his own and Hailey’s sake. He is still confident that he will get there.”
The two have been splitting time between L.A., New York, and their home in Canada, and Justin has a team of professionals helping him.
“There are so many people who love and care for him and are helping him deal with what he needs to deal with,” the source said. “Hailey is definitely one of those people. She is there for him in a way that you wouldn’t expect from a newlywed. She understands him deeply, and is 100 percent ready to help him. He realizes how blessed he is to have her.”

Hope he gets himself back.
