DAILY POST reported that Saraki through his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Yusuf Olaniyonun, regarded news of his principal running for president as false .
However, Momodu who had over the weekend claimed that Saraki will be contesting the 2019 presidential elections regarded the statement by Saraki’s media aide, Alh. Olaniyonu as a charade and an attempt to bully Saraki.
According to him, Saraki would have issued a formal statement to debunk his publication rather than have Alh. Olaniyonu speak through a media platform.
Momodu further stated that Saraki’s Media Adviser has no knowledge of his conversations with his principal.
He wrote on his Twitter page, ” Do not join this charade & attempts to bully Saraki or anyone eyeing the presidency.
“Alh. Olaniyonu would have issued a formal denial if anything but he knows he has never been at any of my various interactions with his boss.”
