Former Nigerian aviation minister, Femi Fani Kayode aka FFK and his estranged wife, Precious Chikwendu have sparked controversy online after photos of them in matching attire surfaced on social media.
The estranged couple had attended a dinner party in honor of the newly elected deputy speaker of the House of Representatives, Benjamin Kalu on Tuesday evening, June 13th in Abuja.
Taking to his verified Instagram page, FFK shared photos of himself and Precious in matching white outfits.
The photos and the fact that the pair attended the event together has shocked many who are in the know about their estranged relationship.
FFK and Precious who share four boys got separated in 2020 after a messy breakup, with the latter accusing the former minister of all sorts, ranging from abuse.
Some months back however, after a fierce custody battle as the kids have been in care of FFK, they seemingly settled out of court and on different occasions Precious has been granted access to her kids.
In this fresh post which FFK shared an hour ago, many believe the politician and Precious might be back together and wondered why, because of their messy breakup and more importantly, the former has a girlfriend. FFK captioned the photos:
“Precious and I had the honor and privilege of attending a dinner in honor of our brother, the newly-elected Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu and his beautiful wife yesterday evening.
It was a wonderful and well-attended occasion and we wish Ben a successful tenure in office. I have no doubt that he will do us proud and help to move our nation forward”.

FFK’s girlfriend, Chika Nerita, had gotten into an online spat with Precious weeks back. Days before reuniting for their son’s birthday, Precious Chikwendu dragged FFK’s new girlfriend, Chika Nerita.
She told the ex-beauty queen to work on her insecurities and relationship while reacting to a DM someone sent to her inquiring if she had chased out Chika.
According to the DM, the unidentified person claimed they heard reports that Precious had chased out Chika and was spending more time with FFK while using the kids as an excuse.
Reacting to it, Precious advised Chika to work on herself as she isn’t chasing after her man. For her, she is in a different cloud and a man can never be her issue.
