Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has revealed his prediction for Presidential aspirant Peter Obi.
On his Twitter page, he declared that any political party Peter Obi joins will scatter, and whatever he is doing with ADC is dead on arrival.
According to him, his efforts are a waste of time, and it isn’t a physical problem but a deep one. Yul said he is surprised that Peter Obi doesn’t know about it or chooses to ignore it; however, he is assured that the truth remains the same, and he wouldn’t be the President of Nigeria now.

Whatever he’s doing with ADC is dead on arrival.
A total waste of time.
It’s not a physical problem.
It’s deeper than that.
I’m surprised he doesn’t know this already.
Or maybe he knows but chooses to ignore it.
But the truth remains the truth.
Peter Obi cannot be President of Nigeria now”.
Recall that during the 2022 election, Yul Edochie, like the majority, was a proud supporter of Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi. Surprisingly, the actor switched sides to President Tinubu, following his loss.
In an Instagram post, the father of five stated that despite his new fondness for Tinubu, he still has respect for Peter Obi and will never insult him. He believed Peter is a great Nigerian and his time will come if God allows it. However, it is Jagaban’s time, and the next 8 years are dedicated to him.
Last year, the controversial actor sang the praises of Tinubu, claiming that many states in Nigeria were now enjoying 22 hours of power supply and a reduction in terrorist attacks courtesy of President Tinubu’s administration. Hailing him, Yul described him as the Jagaban, master strategist, and silent achiever.
In July of 2024, Yul’s wife, Judy Austin praised him as he launched the ‘Relax Jagaban will fix this country’ movement to show his support for the president. Judy revealed that one of the things she admired about him was his dedication to everything he sets his mind to, and described him as the definition of Strength and stability in human form.
To show his love for Tinubu , he Yul gave himself a new name, Asiwaju Baby, while rocking a Tinubu-inspired outfit.
In another post, he declared that Tinubu has his support as he believes he is a man of wisdom.
Expressing his love for Tinubu, he noted that the country was not in the best situation, yet he believed that all will be well, and the president will fix Nigeria, hence, his continue support for him.
His support for Tinubu earned him an appointment as Deputy Southeast coordinator for Relax Tinubu Is Fixing Nigeria (RTIFN). Speaking on his appointment, Yul said he is battle- and service-ready.
Days after his appointment, Edochie shared a video of himself linking up with Cubana in Owerri at the Renewed Hope National Youth Tour. Yul declared that it is Tinubu or nothing in 2027.
In an Instagram rant, Edochie lashed out at Igbo men who are criticising others for supporting Tinubu. Calling them a monkey and a coward, he told them to show him a video of them dragging Yorubas or Northerners who are supporting Tinubu.
His constant public endorsement of the president sparked a wave of reactions and discussions among Nigerians and netizens.
