A meeting with the leaders of BGD furthers MoneyGram’s commitment to the African market
DALLAS, May 16 2015 – MoneyGram International (NASDAQ: MGI), a provider of innovative money transfer services, recently hosted members of BanqueGabonaise de Developpement (BGD), a leading commercial bank headquartered in Gabon, Central Africa.

Members of the BGD team, including CEO Rodger Owono and General Manager Joel Damas, met with Senior Executives at MoneyGram’s global headquarters in Dallas. The group also met with MoneyGram agents in Dallas and New York. The meeting gave both companies an opportunity to discuss how they can make money transfer services more accessible in Gabon.

BGD and MoneyGram play key roles in providing fast and secure global money transfer services to consumers in Gabon.
